ABOUT THE SHOW
Dear Evan Hansen
The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina presents the Tony Award winning musical Dear Evan Hansen. When socially isolated Evan Hansen invents a friendship with a deceased classmate, the lie unexpectedly places him at the center of a grieving family and gives him the sense of belonging he has always wanted. Featuring a score by Pasek and Paul, the production is recommended for ages 13 and up and contains mature themes involving mental health as well as strong language.
